Using Direct Admin
Direct Admin is the control panel sofware that we use to manage our server and related customer accounts on it. Each customer has their own version of Direct Admin which amongst other things, allows them to control email, backups and also view website statistics.

The username and password would have been provided to you but if you don't have these to hand or would like them sent again, please submit a support ticket and we will resend the information to you.
